In addition to building materials, consumer goods and renewable energy products, a robust ecosystem of forest and biomass product manufacturers and consumers in Idaho supports rural economies and sustainable forest management.

The Idaho Wood Innovation Network (ID WIN) is an independent group of volunteers formed in 2018 to provide a forum to exchange information and facilitate collaboration in advancing the manufacture and use of commercial products made from wood and biomass derived from forests and mill residues.
